This programme is for people aged from 19 and upwards. This programme has no sponsor, and due to this, people wishing to join this service will need to buy in their service with their Personal or Individual Budget or alternatively they may be able to privately fund. The hourly rate for all My Life, My Choice members will be at an assessed rate which is based on individual need. There is also a yearly membership fee, which is currently £30.00, plus the activity costs of each activity.
Current members - Please remember that you must ring or email in any choices, please DO NOT turn up at activities without booking in first. We always try to make sure that we have enough Volunteers and Workers at each activity based on the amount of people that we know are attending. If we don't know someone is coming to an activity, then we may have to ask them to return home, as we may not have enough people to be able to support them safely.
